Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Executive located in Pune. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our services, answering queries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, managing customer databases, recording call details, and following up on leads. The role also involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive speaking style
• Excellent customer service abilities with active listening skills
• Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry tasks
• Ability to handle rejections gracefully and maintain professionalism
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant training is a plus
