We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in telecalling or customer service.
Roles and Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Job Requirements
Any graduate degree is required.Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed.Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.Skills Required
