Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales professional with minimum 6 months of experience in a Channel Partner firm . The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing the right solutions to convert inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming leads from marketing and channel partner networks.
- Connect with potential customers, understand requirements, and pitch suitable projects.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and support the sales team.
- Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and closures.
- Provide regular reports on lead status and conversion ratios.
- Assist in events, project launches, and promotional activities to generate leads.
Requirements :
Minimum 6 months of experience in a Channel Partner firm (real estate).Strong communication and persuasion skills.Good understanding of real estate markets, especially Pune.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.What We Offer :
