Role & Responsibilities
- Support the data enrichment process by researching and verifying company information, contact details, and revenue / employee data.
- Organize, maintain, and update contact databases using Google Sheets.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc., to improve research speed and accuracy.
- Perform data cleanup and formatting tasks including revenue formatting, hyperlink creation, conditional formatting, and standardization.
- Verify email addresses using internal tools or external verification platforms.
- Ensure data consistency across multiple project trackers and master sheets.
- Coordinate with the U.S. operations team for ongoing projects, updates, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (formulas, filters, formatting, lookups, etc.).Basic understanding of AI tools and ability to apply them in data-related tasks.Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.Ability to handle large datasets efficiently and perform repetitive tasks with consistency.Basic understanding of business research and LinkedIn data lookup (preferred).Reliable internet connection and availability to align with U.S. working timelines when required.Skills Required
