Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Hyderabad. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering online support, and handling customer service inquiries. Additionally, the role involves offering technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions efficiently. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about customer engagement, communication, and technical support. Job DetailsMandate Requisites CSA - International Voice Fresher / Experience Fresher & Experience are eligible Qualification Fresher - Any Degree with Computer Science stream including B.E & B.Tech in CS / IT are eligible Experience - Candidates with min 1 yr to 2 yrs with Tech Support under any stream are eligible) Industry Any Technical Support Experience (Broadband Service / Troubleshooting / Configuration etc) Skills Req Excellent Communication Skills Hands on Experience in Tech Support or Tech Services Shift Rotational 9.5 HRS between 11 : 30AM to 5 : 30AM IST Week off Rotational Off - No fixed Sat & Sun Cab Facility 25KM from Job Location 2 Way Cab - Rs. 2750 | one-way Will be deducted One way Free cab for Female between 8 : 00PM to 6 : 00AM Job Location Brigade Tech Gardens, Brookfield, Bengaluru, Karnataka, Interview Mode Direct or Virtual Offer Salary - Take Home Fresher - 22K TH Experience Upto 30K TH Roles & Responsibilities

  • Revert on chats written by the customer on a variety of issues
  • The Agent will have to present and sell company services to current and potential customers update and process information accurately into the system(s)
  • Resolve customer problems in a timely manner
  • Take ownership & deliver on customer commitments
  • Liaise with others within the process in the event where a customer query cannot be resolved at first point of contact
  • Clear Communication - during all conversations with customers, uses simple English that delivers information and solutions in an easy manner
  • Professional Focus - demonstrates a high level of personal and professional integrity when dealing with customers as well as treats all customers with empathy, respect and consideration.
  • Ability to solve problems look for solutions aligned to customers perspective and deliver on all commitments
  • Teamwork consistently work together, trust each other and engage in constructive conversations for the good of the team Skills and Competencies :
  • Effective communication skills, Interpersonal skills, should be fluent in spoken English (oral & Written)
  • Knowledge and understanding on query and escalations.
