Job Description

• Give Presentation to potential customers and explain the benefits of our products or services.
• Use scripts and product knowledge to engage customers and answer their questions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Accurately record customer information and sales data in our Robust CRM system.
• Follow up with customers who have expressed interest but have not yet made a purchase.
• Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall performance.
• Continuously update product knowledge and sales skills by attending training sessions and workshops.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that they receive timely and relevant support.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and industry regulations to advise clients offers &opportunities.
• Convert leads to Business
