We are looking for highly driven and confident Outbound Telecallers to join our international calling team. This role requires excellent English, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage professionally with customers.

You will be responsible for contacting international customers, understanding their needs, and providing accurate information. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with people, meeting targets, and seeking high earnings through incentives.

• Make outbound calls to international customers
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in English
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Follow up on leads to maximize conversions
• Achieve daily / weekly targets
• Maintain call quality and compliance standards
• Share daily performance updates with the reporting manager
