Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive specializing in gold loans, based in Lucknow. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Additional duties involve managing customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to the growth of the gold loan portfolio through effective communication and strategic planning.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Strong skills in Account Management and handling existing client relationships effectively.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate within teams.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
