Position : Talent Acquisition Executive – IJP & Recruitment

Experience Required : 1-4 Years

Department : Human Resources

Reporting To : Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Overview :

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end Internal Job Posting (IJP) processes and supporting overall recruitment activities , working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract both internal and external talent.

Key Responsibilities Include :

  • Managing IJP processes and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels.
  • Coordinating interviews and background verifications.
  • Maintaining trackers and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools / ATS.
