HR & Recruitment Specialist

Experience : 3-4 Years in Recruitment & Payroll (FMCG Sector)
About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Specialist to manage our end-to-end human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing, ensuring a seamless HR experience aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop clear and compelling job descriptions for various roles.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle : job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Coordinate candidate progression through interview rounds and facilitate onboarding processes until joining.
- Conduct documentation, induction, and training sessions for new hires, explaining company policies effectively.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster high morale and optimal performance.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Oversee payroll processing from onboarding to exit, including payroll master data management and full & final settlements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Candidate Requirements :
Strong analytical and organizational skills.Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment and payroll, within the FMCG sector.Thorough understanding of HR-related laws and compliance requirements.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
