We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience to design, implement, and manage robust Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in custom development, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.

Test and evaluate new programs for functionality and performance.

Identify and develop modifications to existing systems.

Write and implement efficient, secure, and maintainable code.

Determine the operational practicality of proposed solutions.

Develop and apply quality assurance procedures.

Deploy tools, processes, and metrics to support software delivery.

Maintain and upgrade existing systems to meet evolving business needs.

Collaborate with developers, UX designers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Train users and support adoption of new features.

Meet with project managers to understand CRM needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.

Create realistic timelines and development milestones.

Test and ensure application stability and functionality.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and platform limits.

Perform peer code reviews, contribute to solution design discussions, and lead technical troubleshooting.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, platform events, or middleware tools.
