Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement comprehensive international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities trends and potential customer segments.
Lead business development activities including prospecting cold calling and networking to build a strong pipeline of international clients.
Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key international clients distributors and partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for international clients ensuring exceptional customer service and timely communication.
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms of sale to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams including Production Exports Accounts Quality Logistics and Procurement to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
4. Market and Regulatory Expertise
Stay updated on global market dynamics cultural nuances and consumer preferences related to frozen foods.
Ensure all sales activities and products comply with both local and international regulations including food safety and import / export requirements.
Represent the company at international trade shows conferences and industry events to promote products and network with key stakeholders.
5. Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and present regular sales reports forecasts and performance analyses to senior management.
Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to track activities manage the sales pipeline and measure performance.
Analyze sales and financial data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience
Fresher or candidates with up to 7 years of experience.
Proven experience in the Frozen Food or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in global markets.
Skills
Exceptional leadership communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Deep understanding of international trade regulations logistics and supply chain management for perishable goods.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage.
