Platform Implementation Lead

About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on leader to join our implementation team as an  Associate Director . In this role, you will lead complex, high-impact platform implementation efforts across the client's private markets portfolio monitoring and valuation platform. This is a cross-functional leadership role, requiring deep expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, and domain knowledge of private markets.

Location : Mumbai (on-site)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead complex, enterprise-grade implementation of financial platforms across the firm, serving as the primary point of accountability
• Independently manage the full lifecycle of implementations, from project planning to execution and closure
• Operate as Subject Matter Expert, guiding internal teams through nuanced technical, data, and financial requirements.
• Drive user education efforts to ensure platforms are used effectively and consistently, by developing interactive onboarding, diverse learning content, live training sessions, etc.
• Develop and own best practices, frameworks, and toolkits for the implementation lifecycle; continuously optimize to improve speed, quality, and internal client satisfaction.
• Make sure data privacy, security protocols, and regulatory standards are met.
• Partner with vendors to drive optimal platform setup and usage, while being aligned with delivery standards, methodologies, and quality expectations.
