Job Description :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of both front-end and back-end solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project requirements throughout the development lifecycle and conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high quality codebase.
• Implement and enforce code documentation and version control processes.
• Offer expertise and direction on technical challenges faced in day-to-day activities.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and optimize resource utilization.
• Low level design and solutioning
