Regional Sales Manager (West)

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead Pegasus' sales efforts in the Western region of India. The RSM will aggressively drive sales growth across bookstores, toy stores, baby shops, stationery stores, and school exhibitors. This role requires agility, extensive travel, and strong team-building capabilities. The RSM will build, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives while ensuring customer expansion, secondary sales growth, and visibility across the region.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Deliver aggressive sales growth for the West region in line with national goals.
• Expand customer base across bookstores, toy stores, baby shops, stationery outlets, and school exhibitors.
• Open new accounts while nurturing and growing existing customers.
• Implement regional sales strategies aligned with the National Sales Manager's directives.
• Track competitor activity and provide timely market intelligence.
