We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate - Tele Collection to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities

• Collection Operations & Strategy :
• Manage and oversee tele collection operations to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
• Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to senior management.
• Risk & Compliance :
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with tele collection activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaboration & Communication :
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Ensure excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with customers.
