Role Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join us as a General Manager (GM) – Administration & Business Development to lead our Chennai operations. This leadership role combines administrative oversight with business growth responsibilities. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, manage teams, and ensure seamless operations while strengthening client relationships and exploring new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general administration and office operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the sales and service teams to achieve business goals.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans and performance targets (KRAs and KPIs).
• Manage key client relationships and explore avenues for business expansion.
• Coordinate with international principals and partners.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and operational excellence.
• Travel across India and, as needed, internationally for business engagements.
