Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Lead growth of apprenticeship programs (NAPS / NATS), B.Voc, D.Voc, ITI, and work-integrated models.
- Conduct market research to identify new sectors and enterprise opportunities.
- Build relationships with HR heads and key decision-makers to secure business partnerships.
- Manage sales pipeline and perform field visits to expand market reach.
2. Business Management
Create and implement strategic plans to meet revenue and expansion goals.Identify new business verticals and manage client portfolios.Monitor market trends and align offerings to meet changing demands.3. Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day operations across staffing, outsourcing, and workforce deployment.Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with plant / unit heads or HR teams.Drive process improvements and ensure legal compliance across services.4. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of executives, supervisors, and field staff.Cultivate a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and innovation.Conduct regular performance reviews and team development initiatives.5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory norms, and apprenticeship frameworks.Prepare and present performance reports and operational dashboards to leadership.6. Operational Coordination & Payroll Automation Support
Collaborate with central teams to streamline payroll automation and manage deployed workforce operations.Skills Required
