- Masters Degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations or MBA
Experience
10 years' experience in a Corporate relations role in a highly regulated environment
Should have experience of working across the Corporate Relations agenda and handling a region (either North, South, East or West)Experience of working in an organization which works across multiple statesKnowledge & Skills

Relationship ManagementBecome a trusted partner of state government and industry bodies in all alcohol policy mattersBuild and strengthen relationships with key government agencies ministries and organizations, relevant organizations from a corporate relations standpoint driving desired outcomes for USLNetwork with key functionaries in the Government like Commerce & Industry, Finance, Ministry of Food Processing, Health, Consumer Affairs (legal metrology)& Agriculture, FSSAI, Pollution Control BoardHelp in building a positive image of company in Industry Associations like CIABC, ISWAI, CII , FICCI etc, including providing inputs and direction to industry issues, policy development etc.Work closely with key internal stakeholders to promote cross-functional approach for achieving functional and business goalsInfluencing and advisory responsibilitiesCreate opportunities in the current regulations and policy framework by unlocking trade and tax barriers, securing sensible and sustainable regulatory outcomes eg. securing higher pricing freedom, avoiding unreasonable excise duty hikes etc.Provide advisory to internal and external stakeholders and ensure proactive involvement in shaping and influencing government policies through strategic decision making to ensure commercial success and reputation enhancementPosition company as Thought leader on alcobev policies within government, key regulators, Industry associations, Think tanks, NGOs and other stakeholders.Work with policy makers to leverage the Make in India initiative, Ease of Doing Business ranking etcRisk and reputationMitigate impact of government regulations and changes eg.
