General Manager Legal

Our client is seeking seasoned legal professionals with 10–15 years of post-qualification experience to join their leadership team. The ideal candidate should bring a strong track record in managing secretarial and compliance functions for listed entities, with proven expertise in SEBI regulations, corporate governance, and securities laws.

The ideal candidate will bring :

✅ Strong experience in managing SEBI relationships and regulatory matters

✅ A proven track record in handling corporate governance and compliance

The role requires hands-on experience in board and shareholder meetings, stakeholder management, acquisitions, and regulatory liaison, along with the ability to provide strategic legal and governance support to senior leadership. A law degree is mandatory; candidates holding a Company Secretary qualification will be preferred.
