iii Studio (Infinite Ideas Interiors) is a Hyderabad-based interior design firm established in 2010, specializing in residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial interiors. With a passionate team of designers and execution specialists, we deliver end-to-end solutions from concept to completion, ensuring creative, functional, and detail-driven spaces.

Position : Lead Designer

Key Responsibilities

Lead design development and oversee execution across residential, retail & hospitality projects.
Manage corporate clients, presentations, and design deliverables.
Coordinate with project teams for site execution, procurement, and estimates.
Provide leadership to junior designers, ensuring creativity and quality in all outputs.
Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and material specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architecture / design with strong business acumen.

6+ years of professional experience in interior design.

Strong knowledge of design trends and expertise in product research and sourcing.

Proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Canva, and creating impactful presentations.

Strong portfolio across residential, retail & hospitality domains.

Skilled in client management, site coordination & project execution.

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
