About the Role :
We are seeking a UX Designer Lead to drive the design of business-critical, multi-device responsive systems that impact our users at scale. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker who can balance design excellence with business objectives, while mentoring and influencing design culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead UX design initiatives for complex, enterprise-grade systems ensuring usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Design multi-device responsive solutions that adapt seamlessly across platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define design strategies, workflows, and interactions.
- Establish and evolve organization-wide design systems, UI frameworks, and component libraries.
- Rapidly prototype using tools like Figma and leverage AI / LLM-powered design tools (e.g., Lovable AI) to accelerate design outcomes.
- Champion user-centric design principles, conduct reviews, and ensure consistency across products.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a high-performing design team.
Required Skills & Experience :
5 - 10 years of proven UX design experience with at least 2+ years in a lead role.Expertise in Figma and familiarity with design tools such as Sketch / Adobe XD.Exposure to LLM tools (e.g., Lovable AI) for rapid design prototyping.Strong background in creating and scaling design systems across organizations.Demonstrated ability to design business-critical, enterprise-grade solutions.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Ability to balance creativity with business and technical requirements.Nice to Have :
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).Prior experience mentoring and growing design teams.(ref : hirist.tech)
