About the Role

We are looking for a Conversational Designer to join our team and shape intuitive, human-like experiences across our Conversational AI platforms (chatbots, voice bots, and virtual assistants). You'll work closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to create engaging, on-brand dialogue flows that help users accomplish their goals with ease.

This role involves regular interaction with clients based in the UK and USA , as well as collaboration with our internal operations and development teams . Comfort and confidence in engaging with global stakeholders is essential.

You will also be responsible for the continuous fine-tuning of bot experiences by leveraging bot analytics, performance data, and user feedback to improve conversation flow, coverage, and effectiveness over time.

Responsibilities :

• Design end-to-end conversation flows, use cases, and intents for chatbots and voice assistants
• Write and optimize prompts, responses, fallbacks, and disambiguation paths with natural, empathetic, and context-aware language
• Collaborate with NLP teams to ensure accurate training data and utterance coverage
• Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and product teams to map customer journeys and identify automation opportunities
• Use tools like Dialogflow, Voiceflow, Rasa, or LivePerson or similar to build and test conversational experiences
• Maintain tone, personality, and consistency of the virtual assistant across use cases and channel
• Create conversation design documentation including flows, sample dialogues, and design rationale
• Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients
