As a Senior User Experience (UX) designer, you help define and drive the future of Pega Product Design.

In this role, you will apply your passion for user experience to guide design processes and collaborate with product and engineering partners to create innovative experiences.

Our ideal candidate has uncanny sense for clean design, is a fierce advocate for the user, and is committed to creating elegantly simple user experiences from otherwise complex workflows.

You also take the time to understand not just the execution side of the design, but also business aspects of the product as well.
