Job description

We are seeking a Senior UI / UX Designer for an AI Enabled Enterprise Solutions Platform

Job Profile :

Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.

Requirements :

5+ years of proven UI / UX design experience for digital products or services.

Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

Up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Experience designing for accessibility and internationalization.
