🎯 Role Overview :
We're looking for a powerful storyteller and strategic thinker to own and amplify the brand of Stan and the personal brand of its founder. This is not a typical brand manager role — this is a chance to build public narrative, shape perception, and position Stan as a cultural + tech leader in India’s gaming, creator, and Web3 ecosystem.
You’ll craft and execute high-impact communication strategies across PR, media, social channels, interviews, and founder-led content. You’ll ensure that what Stan is doing, why it's important, and how it's changing the game is understood across the industry, press, and our user base.
💼 Responsibilities :
🧠 Brand & Narrative Leadership
Own and evolve Stan’s brand story and market positioning
Create a strong narrative for Stan as a movement, not just a product
Drive brand consistency across social, product, partnerships, and press
📣 Founder’s Brand & Thought Leadership
Ghostwrite and co-create content with the Founder / CEO : X / Twitter threads, LinkedIn posts, blogs, speeches, etc.
Conceptualise and script high-impact videos, interviews, AMAs
Build the public voice of the founder in India’s gaming, tech, and Web3 circles
📺 PR, Media & External Comms
Manage and scale PR and media relationships
Ensure consistent coverage of Stan in relevant outlets : tech, creator economy, gaming, VC, etc.
Lead press releases, media kits, interview prep, journalist outreach
📱 Social Strategy & Campaigns
Plan and execute high-impact social media moments — product launches, partnerships, fundraises, etc.
Build “always-on” storytelling across Stan’s and the founder’s handles
Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to drive output
🎙️ Strategic Visibility & Events
Ideate and lead interviews, podcasts, events, panels, media features
Identify speaker slots, media mentions, and thought leadership opportunities
Position Stan and the founder as top voices in the gaming + tech space
✅ You’ll Be Great at This Role If You :
Are a strategic storyteller with a background in brand, PR, or founder comms
Have 4–8 years of experience in communications, brand, or editorial
Know how to build narratives that cut through noise
Can write like a beast (threads, press releases, captions, op-eds)
Are plugged into the tech, gaming, or Web3 ecosystem
Have a flair for bold, founder-first, high-context communication
Bonus : Experience working with founders, creators, or fast-growing startups
