The Transformation Manager will join our dynamic and globally distributed T-Squad team. The team is enabling the transformation delivery within the multifunctional GBS for Warner Bros. Discovery. The team is part of the broader GBS Strategy & Transformation Organization.

As a Transformation Manager, you will provide crucial support to senior transformation managers in their duties, deliver individual projects, and drive continuous improvement in the team's way of working. This role will ensure a common standard of work across the team, oversee the delivery of workshops and training activities, and maintain the high quality of various team products and services. Additionally, the role will provide transformational project support, deliver project / process documentation, and offer PMO support, strongly emphasizing Continuous Improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Transformation Team in their duties, ensuring a common standard of work across the team.
• Deliver individual transformation projects with a regional / global span of control.
• Provide transformational project support e.g. deliver project / process documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and visualize data to provide actionable insights for projects, process design and governance activities.
• Run problem-solving sessions (e.g., Kaizen events) to address operational issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure the high quality of various team products and services, such as transformation champions, training, and bottom-up improvement programs.
• Act as a liaison between business functions and the transformation team to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Oversee the delivery of workshops and training activities, including logistics, participant management, and materials preparation.
• Delivery of Continuous Improvement / Transformation training based on needs.
• Identify and deliver service improvement activity within the GBS by leveraging process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking.
