About the Role :
We're looking for a driven and strategic Brand Partnerships & Growth Manager to spearhead Dealzy's brand relationships and unlock new growth levers. You'll be at the forefront of building partnerships that go beyond transactional relationships to drive long-term value for both Dealzy and our brand partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Brand Outreach & Partnerships : Identify and approach high-potential brand partners to negotiate better margins, exclusive deals, and co-branded initiatives that create win-win outcomes.
- Margin Expansion Use-Cases : Create and pitch use cases where brands can leverage Dealzy for visibility, sales uplift, or consumer rewards in exchange for improved margins or marketing budgets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align brand deals with platform growth strategies.
- Market Research : Stay ahead of brand needs, competitive movements, and market trends in the gift card and consumer savings space.
What We're Looking For :
Proven experience in brand partnerships, business development, or growth roles (preferably in loyalty / rewards, or gifting).Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and strong commercial acumen.Strong storytelling & pitch-making ability to convert brand conversations into concrete partnerships.Bonus : Experience working with gift card aggregators or gift card issuersShow more
