We are hiring a Media Brand Sales Manager to drive media sales, advertising sales, and brand partnerships across our YouTube channels, digital media, and film production projects.
The role involves building agency relationships, securing corporate clients, and developing advertising solutions that maximize brand visibility, revenue growth, and sponsorship sales. You will lead branded content, influencer marketing, OTT partnerships, and video advertising initiatives to expand our media brand presence.
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the media, advertising, and entertainment industries.
- Create customized advertising and brand partnership solutions that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, digital marketing) to deliver value-driven campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to refine sales approaches.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful execution of brand partnership agreements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (MBA / BBA preferred).4+ years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, or advertising solutions .Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a media / entertainment environment.Strong network of industry contacts across agencies, advertisers, and media buyers.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of digital advertising, YouTube monetization, branded content, and film / OTT partnerships is highly desirable.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
