Job Title : Community Manager – CoKarma Coworking Spaces

Location : Hyderabad (Begumpet - Prakashnagar)

Job Hours : Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM

Job Overview

As a Community Manager at a coworking space, your role is to foster a vibrant and inclusive community among the members of the coworking space. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that encourages collaboration, networking, and engagement among the diverse group of individuals and businesses that utilize the coworking space.

Key Responsibilities

• Member Relations : Build strong relationships with members, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Space Tours : Conduct tours for potential clients, understand requirements, and showcase facilities.
• Community Development : Implement initiatives, events, and programs that foster networking, collaboration, and mutual support.
• Space Management : Manage day-to-day operations, reservations, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Marketing & Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to promote CoKarma, execute campaigns, and engage the community.
• Member Onboarding : Welcome and orient new members, assist with settling in, and introduce them to the community.
• Community Engagement : Facilitate introductions, collaborations, and promote inclusivity and engagement.
• Issue Resolution : Address concerns, mediate disputes, and maintain a harmonious environment.
• Reporting & Analytics : Collect and analyze data on membership, occupancy, and satisfaction; provide reports and insights.
• Administrative Tasks : Manage contracts, invoicing, records, and coordinate with vendors.
