Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to lead the national business for Siemens Software product distribution.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing partner relationships, and aligning business objectives with Siemens software portfolio across India.
Key Leadership :
- Define and execute the GTM strategy for Siemens Software products.
- Align distribution goals with Siemens business objectives and companys growth plans.
Sales & Revenue Management :
Drive revenue targets across regions through channel partners, SIs, ISVs and enterprise accounts.Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to meet KPIs.Channel Development & Enablement :
Build and nurture a robust partner ecosystem including VARs, SIs, and OEMs.Lead partner onboarding, enable the partners to drive siemens revenue independently.Customer Engagement :
Build & maintain strategic customer relationships and ensure continuous revenue stream.Collaborate with Siemens and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.Team Leadership :
Lead and mentor regional sales team and pre-sales engineers.Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and accountability.Operational Excellence :
Ensure compliance with Siemens & companys internal processes.Manage planning, forecasting and commercial negotiations.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical) + MBA (preferred).15-20 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a lead role.Proven track record in managing national-level distribution or channel business.Strong understanding of Siemens PLM, NX, Teamcenter, or similar software portfolios.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
