Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Dealer Management System (DMS) division in the West Region . This pivotal role combines strategic leadership , client engagement , and project delivery excellence , with the goal of driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction.
You will oversee a team of project managers and coordinators , ensuring timely and high-quality project execution while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CEOs , Sales Heads , CIOs , and CTOs .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead with Vision
- Mentor and manage project managers and coordinators to ensure the effective delivery of DMS projects.
- Strategic Management
- Develop and implement project plans that align with client needs, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards.
- Client Engagement
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders (CEOs, Sales Heads, CIOs, CTOs) to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Domain Expertise
- Apply deep knowledge in FMCD , building materials , auto components , and supply chain management to shape project strategies and solutions.
- Performance Oversight
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively address risks or challenges, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Opportunity Identification
- Leverage interactions with clients to identify upselling opportunities , expanding project scope and value.
- Continuous Improvement
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project and delivery teams.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in any disciplineExperience :10–12 years of experience in Regional Sales , preferably in technology or DMS-related domainsProven track record of leading teams to drive customer excellenceExtensive experience in the distribution business across FMCD and building materials industriesSkills :Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to think strategically and manage execution efficientlyWhat We Offer
