Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with 15-17 years of professional experience, specializing in the Java ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader responsible for designing and delivering scalable, robust, and high-performance enterprise solutions. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide development teams. You will be instrumental in defining architectural blueprints, selecting technology stacks, and ensuring the successful implementation of complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architectural Design & Strategy : Lead the architectural design of enterprise-level solutions using a Java-based technology stack. You will define architectural patterns, select appropriate technologies, and create detailed blueprints and documentation for development teams.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multiple development teams. You will guide them in following architectural best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure the quality and scalability of the final product.
• System Integration : Design and oversee the integration of various systems, both internal and external. You must have extensive experience with different integration patterns, protocols, and data exchange formats.
• Performance & Scalability : Ensure all architectural designs are optimized for performance, scalability, and security. You will be responsible for defining non-functional requirements and validating the technical implementation to meet these standards.
