Required Qualifications :

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)

2. Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Commerce, Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics)

3. Liferay Digital Experience Platform or comparable portal / CMS solutions

4. CX Consulting & advisory
