About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Lead & Solution Architect with deep expertise in Customer Service and Power Pages. This role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on functional design to deliver scalable, user-centric CRM solutions that drive business Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and functional design of Dynamics 365 CRM Service solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement Power Pages portals to enhance customer and partner engagement.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions.
- Define and execute CRM strategy, roadmap, and governance frameworks in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide solution design oversight, enforce best practices, and mentor delivery teams.
- Drive integration strategies with Dataverse, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Ensure solution compliance with security, performance, and data governance & Skills :
- 8+ years of proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service, Sales, and related modules).
- Strong expertise in Power Pages portal design and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Azure integrations, and solution architecture.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading solution design and delivery teams.
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and CRM best practices.
