Solution Architect - MS Dynamics 365 / CRM

Job Description : Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Solution Architect with expertise in Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing CRM solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

This role requires a deep understanding of D365 CRM, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and architecture of CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions that align with client objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and project teams throughout the implementation process.
• Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, including technical specifications and design documents.
• Ensure the technical integrity and quality of CRM solutions by adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful CRM Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
