About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Java Solution Architect with 15+ years of expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java technologies, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture, with the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.
• Define technical roadmaps, architectural standards, and best practices for the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Guide development teams in microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability in solution designs.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where applicable.
• Mentor developers, provide technical leadership, and support project Skills & Experience :
• 15+ years of IT experience, with extensive expertise in Java / J2EE technologies.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in architecting distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.
• Solid knowledge of design patterns, enterprise integration, and application security.
• Proficiency in databases (SQL / NoSQL) and caching frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make architectural decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
