Manager - Client Servicing
Key Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end project delivery from understanding briefs, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, to ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, maintaining regular communication and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, prepare pitch presentations, and support the creation of campaign credentials and case studies.
- Analyze client briefs and tenders with a clear understanding of financial, legal, production, and creative feasibility.
- Conceptualize and implement brand activations, events, and experiential campaigns aligned with client objectives and market trends.
- Provide on-site supervision and coordination during live events to ensure smooth execution.
- Stay updated on market dynamics and competitor activity to propose innovative strategies and solutions for client growth.
Key Skills & Requirements :
4 to 8 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in advertising, brand activation, events, or integrated marketingStrong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlinesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to understand and translate client requirements into actionable briefsStrong collaboration and coordination abilities across cross-functional teamsA keen eye for detail, creativity, and strategic thinkingComfortable with on-ground support and occasional travel for event executionProficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools(ref : iimjobs.com)
