Configuration Manager

Requirements

Key Roles and Responsibilities 

Understand current services, CMDB attributes, SACM process, License reconciliation process, discovery
Design the CMDB data model in Marval
Design the service mapping (CI-CI and Service-CI mapping)
Work with Suppliers to get the CI data and ensure the updation of CMDB data
Work with Suppliers to design the SW license management process and reconciliation report

Skills 

Resource with overall experience of 10+ years working in and delivering a multi-domain service ecosystem (including multi-supplier)

Experience in conducting the CMDB assessment

Experience in design of CMDB and service modeling

Experience in handling the SW License Management including license reconciliation

Hands-on experience on ITSM tool, Discovery tools, SW Asset Management Tools

ITIL 4 Foundation certified
