We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager with a strong background in business administration, preferably an MBA, to join our dynamic team.
This role is crucial for managing key initiatives and supporting the strategic growth of our most important accounts.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
You will work closely with account leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and mentor to junior team members.

Your responsibilities will include :
Project Management & Strategy :
Independently handle end-to-end project management for a wide range of account initiatives.This includes account-based marketing, client relationship management, bid management, and account strategy development.Oversee internal operations, risk management, and account contracting to ensure seamless execution.Act as a strategic advisor to account leadership by analyzing complex information and providing insightful perspectives and recommendations.Asset & Content Development :
Assist in the development and maintenance of essential account assets, including marketing materials, proposal assets, and onboarding / offboarding documentation and processes.Support the creation of client-facing materials, leadership presentations, and information packets for key client meetings.Relationship Management :
Contribute to the development and maintenance of account relationship tools, such as relationship maps, organizational charts, and political balance sheets, to foster strong client connections.Collaborate with account leadership to implement and manage confidentiality programs, including the secure onboarding and offboarding of team members.Team Leadership & Mentorship :
Actively coach and mentor junior team members, guiding them on best practices in project management, client relations, and professional teaming.Take a leadership role in guiding and developing the team, ensuring high performance and continuous skill Qualifications :Education : Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is a must-have for this role.
Experience : 6 to 8 years of professional experience in a relevant field such as project management, account management, or business Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill information and provide clear, actionable insights.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a client-facing role within a professional services environment.Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.Experience in bid management and proposal development.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment(ref : iimjobs.com)
