  • Handle submission of all types of visa applications at VFS centers and other consulates.
  • Schedule visa appointments and track application status.
  • Arrange dummy hotel and flight bookings as per visa requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all applications.
  • Stay updated with changing visa rules, procedures, and requirements.
  • Provide support to clients and ensure timely completion of processes.
  • Take initiative in identifying process improvements and adapting to new systems.
