We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office team and enhance our guests' experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hotel operations and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Manage front office staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update guest records and manage reservations.
- Monitor and maintain front office budgets and expenses.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for front office operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.5-10 years of experience in front office management or hotel operations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Skills Required
