We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at our hotel in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth registration process.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle reservations and cancellations efficiently, utilizing the hotel management software.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist in managing the front office team and train new staff as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
2-10 years of experience in a hotel front office or customer service role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.Knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to assist guests.Skills Required
