Associate Manager – Account Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking an Associate Manager – Account Manager with strong expertise in SQL, AWS Redshift, Tableau, and data analytics to manage key client accounts and drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires excellent technical skills, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities to oversee a team of 20+ consultants and collaborate with senior executives (CXO level). If you have a passion for data analytics and a knack for client management, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Account & Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all clients , ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders (CXO level) to understand business requirements and provide strategic data-driven solutions.
  • Translate business problems into technical solutions and data-driven insights for decision-making.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Create Tableau dashboards and visual reports to communicate data insights effectively.
  • Work with AWS Redshift and SFDC CDP to manage and process large-scale data efficiently.
  • Automate and optimize scripts for recurring reports to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure data normalization, ETL processes, and best database practices are followed for clean and structured data.
  • Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of 20+ consultants and senior consultants , providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Drive team efficiency by implementing new methodologies for better data analysis and reporting.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving & Optimization

  • Identify problem areas in the business and provide expert-level tactical solutions .
  • Optimize joint development efforts by ensuring appropriate database use and project design .
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and incorporate them into business strategies.
  • Key Requirements : Technical Skills :

    SQL & Database Management – Expert-level SQL skills, experience with relational databases (RDBMS) , and data normalization.

    AWS Redshift – Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses for scalable data solutions.

    Tableau & Data Visualization – Proficiency in Tableau for creating reports, dashboards, and data visualization.

    Python & R (Good to Have) – Hands-on experience with Python and R for data analysis and automation.

    ETL & Data Processing – Strong background in ETL workflows, data mining, and statistical analysis .

    SFDC CDP (Salesforce Customer Data Platform) – Experience with Salesforce CDP is a plus.

    POS Transaction Data – Experience handling online & offline point-of-sale (POS) transaction data is a plus.

    Soft Skills & Leadership :

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing end-to-end projects, documentation, and operational planning .
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members , fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
  • Experience in Fashion Retail / Lifestyle Products Industry is a plus.
