Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced REAL ESTATE Accounts professional to manage the financial operations of our real estate company. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting, monitoring project finances, managing client / vendor accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledgers, journals, vouchers, etc.) in compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle accounts payable / receivable, client invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, project expenses, and maintain records of advances given / received.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings.
- Coordinate with banks for loans, project funding, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Manage payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc., if applicable).
- Support management with budgeting, financial projections, and MIS reporting.
- Handle RERA compliance-related accounting documentation (if applicable).
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com / CA Inter preferred).2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or construction industry.Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software and MS Excel.Good understanding of GST, TDS, RERA norms, and other compliance requirements.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Employment Type : Full-time
