Senior Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3- 7 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial practices. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in accounting while supporting the financial operations of a fast-paced organization.

As a senior accountant, you will assist in handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining records, managing transactions, and supporting monthly closures. Proficiency in Tally ERP is a must, along with familiarity with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
• Record and process transactions using Tally ERP software.
• Perform regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
• Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and purchase orders.
• Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist in tax filings and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing and payment issues.
