- Present and demonstrate property options to potential buyers.
- Negotiate deals and contracts with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate (1-5 years).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations in India.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Skills Required
