We’re Hiring : Jr. Client Servicing Executive

Mumbai (Hybrid) | Experience : Less than 2 years | Salary : ₹20,000–₹25,000

About the Role -

Are you a natural communicator with a love for branding, digital content, and campaigns? Skyline BDC is looking for a Jr. Client Servicing Executive to bridge the gap between our clients and creative teams. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, ideas-driven agency where design, strategy, and digital thinking come together.

What You’ll Do :

Be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication & coordination.
Translate briefs into actionable tasks for design, copy, and digital teams.
Assist with research, trend-mapping, and adding insights to projects.
Track timelines, feedback, and deliverables to keep campaigns on point.
Support with decks, reports, and presentations (Google Slides, Canva).
Participate in brainstorms and learn the ropes of end-to-end brand projects.

What We’re Looking For :

Less than 2 years of client servicing experience in a creative agency (internships count).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or similar.

Strong written & verbal communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in Google Slides & Canva.

A collaborative spirit, curiosity for trends, and eagerness to grow.

Comfort working with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.) to support research & ideation.
