Job description

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting senior account leadership in identifying new opportunities, engaging with stakeholders, and creating sales materials. You will also be responsible for reporting commercial results, ensuring internal systems are up-to-date, and contributing to the preparation of business reviews, presentations, and reports.

You will work closely with client stakeholders, key figures within our organization, and service line leaders to align our solutions to meet unmet client needs. Your analytical mindset, presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities make you an ideal candidate for this role. We value professionalism, adaptability, and a proactive approach to managing client needs.

  • Support Senior Account Leaders in managing key client accounts across regions.
  • Discover unmet needs or potential service gaps that could represent new opportunities.
  • Create sales materials and tailored client presentations to support upsell or renewal opportunities.
  • Lead documents for RFI and RFP responses, including slide decks, rate cards, and solution overviews.
  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other governance activities.
  • Track win / loss data and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across portfolio.
