Role & Responsibilities

1) Hands on experience on Defined Benefit and Defined contribution scheme knowledge.

2) Ability to learn and grasp scheme nuances for DB & DC pensions

3) Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop.

4) Good communication skills with have proven ability in handling member / client calls and good email writing skills.

5) Ability to prioritize items.
