Job description
  • Manage the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of financial statements
  • Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records
  • Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations during internal and external audits
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Communicate effectively with management, auditors, and other stakeholders on financial matters
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgeting processes
